Cara was born and raised in Canada but has worked in Asia, the Middle East, and has now worked in Ethiopia, Africa for the past 5 years, facilitating leadership programs at the grassroots development levels, all the way to embassies, NGO's and local government. She is passionate about providing creative tools that can help individuals and organizations develop and achieve the highest in human potential. She obtained her BA degree from Providence University in Canada, and her MA in International Relations from Nottingham Trent University, UK. Additionally, she obtained trainer of trainers certification from the European Center for Election Support (ECES). She also runs her own independent NGO working with vulnerable women- mostly single mothers- and training them in leadership, life coaching, and trades training. She lives in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with her husband and two daughters.
