Charlene is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of GoInnovation. After spending her early career in HR with a Fortune 500 company, Charlene broadened her focus to work with clients towards social impact by moving to South Africa to work with an NGO. In her 15+ years of experience as an organizational development professional and executive coach, Charlene has worked with global clients such as World Vision International, Fujifilm Media, Wizpak- Pepsi and Digital Green Ethiopia. Charlene’s passion is to help leaders be fully present for themselves and others. The mission of GoInnovation is human development for the good of all, helping people be more human in work and life. Charlene provides human development in a coaching context toward resilience, emotional intelligence, change navigation, self-awareness and growth mindsets. Through all of this, the leader will be empowered with tools and methods to transform his or her team and organization. Charlene holds a B.S. in Biology from Lee University, an MBA in International Human Resources from the University of Dallas, and she is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation.
