Steadman is a global champion for the democratization of leadership development. With 25 plus years of experience, he is an expert facilitator, executive coach, and curriculum designer with a successful track record in large-scale complex projects providing results that matter. Steadman helped launch GoInnovation and successfully handed over day to day operations.
He now serves as an innovation catalyst to help design, deliver, and test new and sustainable models for human development that are inclusive, accessible, and affordable. He has supported interventions across all sectors with a special focus on government and non-government organizations. Steadman's experience as a senior faculty member and associate spans the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. For the past two decades he has trained extensively across the continent of Africa after establishing CCL’s Social Sector Innovation Hub headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. He serves to expand the work of human development for the good of all - everyone, everywhere through a partnered network.
